Vision Building® Day 1 and Day 2 are where your leadership team gets clear — together — on who you are, where you're going, and how you plan to get there.

Vision Building® Day 1

About 30 days after Focus Day®. We spend a full day completing the top half of the Vision/Traction Organizer® (V/TO®):

  • Your Core Values — the handful of beliefs that define who you are as a team.
  • Your Core Focus — your purpose, cause, or passion, and your niche.
  • Your 10-Year Target — the long-range, must-hit number.
  • Your Marketing Strategy — your target market, three uniques, proven process, and guarantee.

Day 1 surfaces the disagreements that have been quietly costing you. We resolve them in the room, on the same day, with the whole leadership team present.

Vision Building® Day 2

Roughly 30 days later. A second full day completing the bottom half of the V/TO®:

  • Your 3-Year Picture — what the business looks like three years from today.
  • Your 1-Year Plan — the three to seven goals that get you closer to the 3-Year Picture.
  • Your Quarterly Rocks — the priorities that will move the 1-Year Plan forward this quarter.
  • Your Issues List — every long-term obstacle, captured in one place, ready to solve over time.

By the end of Day 2, your leadership team is 100% on the same page. The vision is written down, shared, and ready to be communicated to the rest of the organization.
