Short version: this is a small business website. It doesn’t sell your data, run ad trackers, or drop marketing cookies. Here’s the honest breakdown of what happens when you visit.
Who runs this site
This website (eosdfw.com) is operated by Ray Myers, an independent Professional EOS Implementer® based in Plano, Texas, serving clients in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and nationwide. Contact: ray.myers@eosworldwide.com.
What personal information is collected on this site
Directly by this website: none. There are no contact forms, no newsletter signups, no accounts to create, no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, and no marketing cookies.
Personal information is collected only when you choose to reach out, through one of three channels:
- Email. If you email ray.myers@eosworldwide.com, your name, email address, and whatever you write are received in Ray’s email inbox and processed under the privacy policy of the email provider (Microsoft / Outlook).
- Calendly. If you click “Book a call” or “Schedule on my calendar,” you are handed off to Calendly, which collects the information required to schedule a meeting (name, email, time zone, any notes you add). That data is handled under Calendly’s privacy policy.
- Phone or in-person conversation. If you call or meet with Ray, notes may be kept in a private CRM or notebook for the purpose of following up on the conversation.
Any information you share this way is used only to respond to you, schedule a meeting, or continue an ongoing client relationship. It is not sold, rented, shared with advertisers, or used to profile you.
What is collected automatically
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages and served through Cloudflare. Both providers automatically log basic technical information for every visitor to any website they serve — IP address, browser type, timestamp, requested URL — for security, abuse prevention, and reliability. Ray does not receive, review, or retain these server logs.
The site also loads Google Fonts. When your browser fetches a font file, Google receives your IP address as part of the standard web request. Google Fonts does not set cookies for this purpose.
No first-party cookies are set by this site. No analytics service (Google Analytics, Plausible, etc.) is loaded. No advertising or social-media pixels are loaded.
Third parties linked from this site
External links (Calendly, LinkedIn, YouTube, EOS Worldwide, embedded YouTube videos, and any sources cited in blog posts) are governed by the privacy policies of those services. Embedded YouTube videos may set cookies once you press play.
Your California privacy rights (CCPA / CPRA)
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives California residents specific rights over their personal information — including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
Ray Myers, EOS Implementer, is a small independent practice and does not meet the thresholds that make a business subject to the CCPA (see the California Privacy Protection Agency FAQ). Nevertheless, as a matter of policy:
- We do not sell your personal information and never have.
- We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- If you have contacted Ray by email or booked a meeting and would like the associated records deleted, email ray.myers@eosworldwide.com with the subject line “Privacy request” and we will honor the request within a reasonable time.
Your rights under other laws
If you are located outside the United States (for example, in the EU/UK under GDPR/UK GDPR), the same practical position applies: no marketing tracking, no data sale, and any information you volunteer is used only to respond to you. Do Not Track
Because this site does not track visitors in the first place, browser “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals are effectively already honored.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and leadership teams. It is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If this site later adds a contact form, analytics, or any other data-collecting feature, this policy will be updated and the “Last updated” date above will change. Material changes will be reflected on this page — check back if you are relying on the specifics.
