EOS Implementers® follow the EOS Process®, the proven way we deliver the right tool at the right time to have the most powerful, permanent impact on an entrepreneurial company in the least amount of time. On average, that's 10 full days over two years.

What the journey looks like

Every leadership team is different. The order of the work, the pace of the journey, and the depth of the conversation will be specific to you. But the shape of the engagement is consistent — because it works.

1. The 90 Minute Meeting

A free, no-obligation session. I share an overview of EOS®. Your leadership team asks questions. By the end of the 90 minutes, you'll know whether EOS® is right for you and whether we're a fit to work together. Book yours →

2. Focus Day®

A full day with your leadership team. We introduce five practical EOS Tools that begin strengthening the Six Key Components® right away — including The Accountability Chart®, Rocks, the Level 10 Meeting®, the Scorecard, and the People Analyzer®. 3. Vision Building® — Day 1

About 30 days after Focus Day®. A full day clarifying your core values, your core focus, your 10-Year Target, and your marketing strategy. Your leadership team starts to align around a single, clear vision for the company.

4. Vision Building® — Day 2

Another 30 days later. A second full day completing the Vision/Traction Organizer® (V/TO®) — your 3-Year Picture, 1-Year Plan, Quarterly Rocks, and Issues List. By the end of Day 2, your leadership team is 100% on the same page. Inside Vision Building®

5. Quarterly sessions

Every 90 days for the next two years, your leadership team comes together for a full-day Quarterly. We review the prior quarter, refresh the V/TO®, set new Rocks, and solve the most important issues. Discipline becomes habit. Quarterly & Annual →

6. Annual sessions

Once a year, two full days together. We revisit the bigger picture, reset the vision, and recommit to the next 12 months. Annuals are where the long game compounds.
