- How implementation actually works. The 10 days, two years, and what you'd commit to as a team.
- Your questions. Whatever your leadership team is wondering — we'll talk about it.
- A clear next step. Either we move forward together, or you leave with tools you can use either way.
Who should be in the room
Your entire leadership team. Not just the owner. EOS® is a team sport, and the 90 Minute Meeting is the first time your team will experience the way we work together. Five to seven people is typical. Two-hour blocks scheduled in advance work best.
The fine print — there isn't any
The 90 Minute Meeting is genuinely free. There is no fee, no follow-up obligation, and no pressure. If we decide we're not a fit, you'll leave with a clearer picture of EOS® and a few practical tools your team can start using on Monday.
If we are a fit, the next step is Focus Day® — usually scheduled within 30 days.
