The cadence that compounds.
Once you've built the foundation, the real work is in the rhythm. Quarterly and Annual sessions keep your leadership team focused, accountable, and aligned — every 90 days and once a year.
Quarterly sessions
Every 90 days, your leadership team comes together for a full-day Quarterly. The agenda is consistent, and the structure works.
- Review the prior quarter. What did we complete? What did we drop? What did we learn?
- Refresh the V/TO®. Has anything in the vision changed? Does the 1-Year Plan still hold?
- Set new Rocks. Three to seven priorities per person for the next 90 days.
- Solve issues. Identify, discuss, and solve the most important issues using IDS®.
- Team health check. Are we functioning as a team? Are there frustrations that need to be heard?
By the end of a Quarterly, your leadership team leaves with the same clarity it had on Vision Building® Day 2 — refreshed, recommitted, and ready for another 90 days of disciplined execution.
Annual sessions
Once a year, your leadership team comes together for two full days. Annuals are where the long game gets played.
- Day 1. Revisit the top half of the V/TO® — Core Values, Core Focus, 10-Year Target™, and Marketing Strategy. Make sure the foundation is still the right foundation.
- Day 2. Set the 3-Year Picture, the 1-Year Plan, and the Quarterly Rocks for the next 12 months. Walk out with the year already in motion.
Annuals are also where leadership teams have their most honest conversations. With two days together, away from the office, the harder questions finally have room to be asked and answered.
Where I help
I facilitate the Quarterly and the Annual. I keep the room moving, surface the issues that need to be surfaced, and make sure the work stays on the rails. Your team focuses on the content. I focus on the process.
