I've been an entrepreneur my whole life. I started my first business at the age of 14 — at the time, the youngest business owner in the state of Texas. Since then I've been part of nine different entrepreneurial companies. Some were great successes. Some were total train wrecks. Any entrepreneur will tell you that you learn much more from the train wrecks than the successes.

While working in my last business, a friend handed me a copy of Rocket Fuel — part of the EOS Traction Library. It was love at first sight. After all the books I'd read, the companies I'd built, and the mistakes I'd made, I'd finally found a well-packaged, straightforward process that could be used in nearly any entrepreneurial business.

My multi-decade passion has always been helping entrepreneurs. Every challenge is different — but the basics stay the same. Now my core focus is helping businesses succeed and grow by using EOS^®. I work with leadership teams across Dallas–Fort Worth and virtually with clients around the world.

Why I do this work

Most entrepreneurs I meet have hit the ceiling. They're working harder than ever and getting less out of it. They have a leadership team that's not really a team. They have a vision in their head that nobody else has seen. They have data that doesn't actually tell them anything. They have issues that keep coming back because nobody ever truly solves them.

EOS^® is the simple, proven, practical set of tools that fixes all of that. I'm walking, talking proof that it works — and I've watched it work for hundreds of leadership teams. My job is to bring those tools, that experience, and an outside perspective into your conference room so your team can finally get what it wants.

How I work

I'm direct. I'll tell you what I see. I won't sugarcoat the issues your team needs to solve. I'll also have fun with you — entrepreneurship is serious business, but we don't have to take ourselves too seriously to do great work together.

I'm based in Plano, Texas, and serve clients across the DFW metroplex in person. Virtual engagements are also available for leadership teams anywhere in the world.
